Notice is hereby given that a regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Prairie Valley School District shall be held on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, beginning at 7:00 p.m.in the Prairie Valley Home  Economics Room.  The subjects to be discussed or considered or upon which any formal action  may be taken are as follows:

(Items do not have to be taken in the same order as shown on meeting notice)

I.                     Call to order

II.                   Roll Call

III.                 Approve the minutes of the October 6, 2008Board Meeting.

IV.                 Financial and investment report

V.                   Swearing in of Board Members

VI.                 Reorganization of the Board of Trustees

VII.               Pass/reject Board Resolution to join the TASB Buy Board Purchasing Cooperative

VIII.             Pass/reject RFP for the purchase of Buses

IX.                Pass/reject seeking bids on a 9 passenger vehicle

X.                  Approve/reject 2008-2009 Budget Amendments

XI.                Approve/reject aftermarket air conditioning for an existing bus

XII.              Adjourn
