Report on Violent or Criminal Incidents for 2012-2013

PRAIRIE VALLEY Independent School District
Report on Violent or Criminal Incidents
2012-13

Texas statute requires every district to include in their Annual Performance Report information related to the number, rate, and type of violent and criminal incidents that occur on each campus, to the extent permitted under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 (FERPA).  Texas Education Agency policy for compliance with FERPA requires information related to a reporting category of students with fewer than five members to be indicated with an asterisk or nonnumeric symbol.
