ATTENTION
Students Entering Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and First Grade
All students entering Pre-K through First Grades are required by the Texas Department of State Health Services to present a completed immunization record on or before the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL. A copy of the requirements can be viewed by clicking the link below. These requirements apply to every school in the State.

Students Entering Seventh Grade and Higher Grades
All students entering Seventh grade through Twelfth Grade must present a completed record of immunization required by the Texas Department of State Health Services. A copy of the requirements can be viewed by clicking the link below.

These immunizations must have been given BEFORE the FIRST DAY of school, and shot records must be turned in BY the FIRST DAY of school. This is a requirement from the State of Texas, and applies for every school in Texas.
