Prairie Valley Elementary Named Title 1 Distinguished School

Prairie Valley Elementary was recently honored by Region 9 Service Center as being a Title 1 distinguished campus. The criteria for this award are:
Exemplary Campus – 2009
Exemplary or Recognized Campus – 2008 and 2007
Meets AYP 40 % or higher Economically Disadvantaged Population
The students and staff of Prairie Valley ISD are to be congratulated for this outstanding achievement.
