About Me
Family:
I have been married to Wayne for almost 15 years. We were married on Valentine’s Day, 1994. He had 4 children from a previous marriage, and I had one child from a previous marriage. Then we had Alley. She is the only one left in our house (man is it quiet). We live in Belcherville on 25 acres with 4 dogs and 2 guinea pigs. We also have 4 horses and many cows in our pasture.
College:
After I graduated from high school, I attended Midwestern State University as a nursing major. Life then happened. I married, had a child, and divorced. I later remarried a great man. I became a 4th and 5th grade educational aide at Nocona Elementary School and decided to go back and become a teacher. I attended NCTC to get the rest of my basics out of the way. When they were completed, I attended Texas Woman’s University. I graduated from TWU with Cum Laude honors. I then went to work as a 3rd grade teacher at Forestburg ISD. Destiny called and now I am here at Prairie Valley ISD.
Hobbies:
I am a big movie watcher. I love to watch movies. I am such a couch potato at times. I also like to spend time outside camping and fishing. I love to cook. My mother-in-law and I share recipes as much as possible. Playing with animals are another way I like to spend my time.
